Soul.Biz

A few months ago, several wonderful women launched Soul.Biz, a company that wants to "help you connect to yourself, to other people, and to the idea that life was meant to be lived with a lot of joy, creativity and fun." Based in Ashburn, Virginia, Soul.Biz holds sessions every other Wednesday; a thoughtful topic is discussed and the participants are invited to explore it further in their art journals.

Today we talked (and then journaled) about the importance of stillness in our lives, breathing deeply and Brene Brown.
