Holiday Luncheon-under-Construction

Had a holiday luncheon at Edgehill, the house-under-construction. This is going to be the living room, but today it served as a dining room. Had 12 very adventurous friends over for a lovely afternoon. They knew the only warmth would be provided by a space heater and that the only functioning facility was the portable kind outside. But they came dressed to the nines! Love my friends!
