These are cake stands made with lovely old plates and candlesticks. They could also be used to display candy or soaps or buttons or pins or any little collection of goodies. I saw this idea at a boutique and knew I had to give it a try. I've been picking up charming little plates at thrift shops and yard sales for a little while, without really knowing why (I'm such a paper person, but these just "spoke" to me). Just goes to show you should always listen to that little creative voice inside!

Pretty little cake stands
These are cake stands made with lovely old plates and candlesticks. They could also be used to display candy or soaps or buttons or pins or any little collection of goodies. Oh !! Oh !! Oh!! they are wonderful!! I can jsut see several arranged on a table with an assortment of cookies on them for a tea or something!! Hwat fun!! Clever girl!!!
