Today in the mail I received from my mom an instruction sheet to make flowers using zippers! I could hardly wait to make one. I used old zippers from my stash and added my own twist to them (the leaves and the button in the center of the one). I was getting frustrated at first, but eventually got the hang of it. I put pin backs on them and am pretty tickled how they turned out!
Very Very Cool!! The hunt for metal zippers is on!!! Do yout hink that it would work with Polyester zips??? Might be worth a try!!

ReplyDeleteMetal zippers are harder and harder to find, LOVE what you've done with them Trina. I can see where this could be contagious! I'll have to Google how to make zipper flowers ;)
